Two (2) City Council members provide Board oversight as Liaisons of the City Council. Waterloo Regional Airport has an annual department operating budget of approximately $1.15M yet has an aggressive five-year, nearly $10,000,000 Airport Capital Improvement Plan (ACIP) and budget with these project funds, which are focused on the continued reconstruction of priority airfield pavement areas.
