Hangar Leasing Opportunities
Within Waterloo Regional Airport’s terminal building, owners of private aircraft can access spacious storage hangars, where their aircraft can be safely and securely kept when not in use. We are currently leasing smaller “T” hangar storage areas and will be leasing Hangar No. 4 in the future. Additionally, there are numerous areas on the airfield for the additional development of new hangars. 2019 and 2020 were banner years for Waterloo Regional Airport, as we saw the construction of two corporate hangars – the first new corporate hangars to be constructed in about 25 years.
From time to time, vacancies arise for the lease of “T” hangars. Effective July 1, 2022, Airport Staff is anticipating an increase for all “T” hangars to be priced at $150.00 per month. New “T” hangar lease agreements are expected to be issued on the anniversary of the expiration date, in addition to certificates of insurance for all aircraft owners and operators.
